Vaibhav Edibles was set up in 2003 to refine rice bran and other vegetable oils for the North and East Indian market. The plant is at Latta Mubarakpur, Rania, in Kanpur Dehat - within road reach of the bran-producing belt across UP and Bihar and the major consumption centres of Lucknow, Patna, Varanasi, Ranchi, and Dehradun.
Over two decades the business has grown from a single refining line into a 700 TPD integrated facility spread across 32 acres, with around 225 employees on site. We are licensed under the FSSAI Central License to refine rice bran, soyabean, safflower, palmolein, cottonseed, groundnut, and sunflower oils, and to expel mustard oil. Our refined oils reach Indian consumers through the Jiolite brand and bulk B2B users such as sweet shops, restaurants, snack manufacturers, and food processors.
Rice bran wax is co-produced from the dewaxing step on our rice bran oil line. Output has scaled to 4,000 MT per year, which puts us among the larger single-site rice bran wax operations in India. It is consumed by cosmetic formulators, candle manufacturers, food companies, and industrial polish producers.
We are ISO 22000:2018 certified for food safety management, hold a long-standing FSSAI Central Manufacturing License, and have been an active exporter since 2003 under IEC 0603000622.
